There’s obviously not much I can say, but boy, are we really workin’ hard to try and make sure that this is the best game we’ve ever made, and we can’t wait to share it with y’all.” While he didn’t offer much new details, he did say the team is working to ensure “this is the best game we’ve ever made.” In the developer’s last Twitch stream, narrative director Jon Paquette spoke about his excitement for the sequel. Insomniac Games recently asked fans for a “little bit more patience,” while Sony assured that the sequel would launch this fiscal year. There was a lot of hype for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 after its announcement in September 2021, but there hasn’t been any gameplay footage or details revealed.
